Wendy Ladd was born and raised in the Toronto area and has 20 years experience being a top performing Fleet Sales Manager with a General Motors dealership. She decided it was time to “Live her Dream”. Wendy designed and launched her own FABULOUS, FIT & FANTASTIC Program, teaching others how to get to their “natural state of weight”. She is also the Producer and TV Host of the FABULOUS, FIT & FANTASTIC Show.
Wendy has personally experienced the daily struggle of eating healthy, and the ups and downs of weight loss. She can relate to the self esteem issues of yo yo dieting, how it affects your emotions daily, and also the extreme pressure of society saying that “skinny” is beautiful and your size is associated with your success. Wendy feels that “healthy” is beautiful and success is in the spirit and mind of a person, not purely in the physical look of one’s body structure. She realized how happy you can be living in your “natural state of weight”. The challenge is understanding what that actually means, however, once you are aware of what that means, you will be secure in your “own skin” of who you are. This is now the journey she is on sharing sharing with the world, how to accept yourself for WHO you are and WHAT you are.
Wendy’s web/tv show called FABULOUS, FIT & FANTASTIC can be seen every 3rd Tuesday, at 3pm live at thatchannel.com where Wendy gives tips on living healthy, being in your natural state of weight and also interviews special guests with very inspirational, life changing stories and journeys.

I define Excellence as the result of caring more than others think is wise, risking more than others think is safe, and dreaming more than others think is practical, and expecting more than others think is possible.
